I know these are unisex shoes but I think they are more suitable for girls than boys but that could be because they are on look adorable on my daughter. They run large which is a plus for us as she has a wider foot and is one of the few pairs we've found that doesn't pinch her feet. However, if the child has narrow feet, they are probably too loose.
