UPDATE: I've had this band for 2 1/2 years now, I've had phases where I've worn it every day but longer phases where I don't wear it wear it at all. It's cracked and falling apart, which seems premature for timeshare use. Changed my rating from 4 stars to 3. My original rating is below. This bracelet looks good on a large watch. I have the 38mm Timex Weekender, Medium for men and Large for women. I was torn between this and a similar Hadley Roma men's bracelet. I bought both and this one worked much better for me; they are not too soft, the length is just right and the slightly narrower strap makes the watch more feminine overall. Quick release spring bars make changing bands easy. It came with a gold clasp, so I exchanged it for a silver one at the watch workshop. At first the skin was too matt, but over time it got a nice shine. Color changes with light. Sometimes it looks really good, sometimes it's kind of nonsense. I haven't seen a photo that accurately reflects the color. The image posted with this listing is much redder than the actual band.
