I did not like it, the item did not match the description. The product turned out to be smaller than what was said, the pc is a laptop but to be honest the problem is with the 13 inch change not the 14 inch size so it's the wrong one Size was , we returned it immediately. So I can't test the touchscreen part or anything. Just know that this seller has no service. I couldn't reach him on the phone, be careful with this seller to keep your receipts. I'm just buying a bigger computer and I know the ram isn't enough. 16 GB RAM is no better than 8 RAM. 500GB is no better than 1TB, depending on the WiFi and your needs. If you or the computer is not up to date, return it immediately, even if the seller is not cooperative. Be careful, happy shopping, stay safe.
