Review on Panasonic Slim Z RPHC101K Noise Cancelling Headphones by Reggie Stewart

I bought these headphones a year ago for my transcription work. They're pretty comfortable, the sound is so-so. One of the earbuds just came off the headband the other day. I have contacted Panasonic customer support via email, phone and live chat. Each time I got a different explanation as to why they couldn't help me. Panasonic doesn't seem to care that one of their customers is extremely unhappy with one of their products. I hope this review makes you think twice before purchasing any Panasonic product.
