Five star customer service made me happy. 3 out of 4 pockets had seam defects. Two had pocket seams with open gaps that were repaired with good old cyanoacrylate all-purpose glue (superglue). One bag had a zipper that wasn't sewn in properly. I have contacted customer service using the warranty instructions provided. In a few emails we received a $5 refund applied to the original purchase price. I can put up with another superglue job because I need bags right now. Conclusion: I was able to correct the effects for my purposes (fixing wind vanes over the live firing course). Some customers may request a higher standard. Accordingly, two stars were awarded for quality issues. Many Thanks.
