This review is based on one night's sleep, but it was the best night's sleep in years! The 3 inch topper is ideal for side sleepers. My hips sink so low that when I lie on my side it feels like my spine is straight. What memory foam (and looking forward to it as winter approaches!) The topper arrived two days late but I won't complain about it. Unwrapping and wrapping was easy, I let it rise 24 hours before using although I think it was ready in probably 12. I didn't notice any smell coming from it at all. I'll admit the material was a bit greasy when I lugged it onto my bed, but three layers of different sheets so I thought I only touch the slightly greasy foam surface once a quarter, when it's time to wash the mattress pad and protector I am considering buying a brand new mattress as my 9 year old found the memory foam mattress to be too firm - so glad my mate recommended the topper! a tenth the price (and a tenth the hassle) of buying a new mattress and expect at least a year if not more from that mattress topper. If you need to add softness/support to your mattress that's not quite dusty yet, this is a great and affordable way to do it!
