it took me a good 2 hours. To put the key fob in the straitjacket, then tighten the screw, it took another 30 min. Finally, what made the difference when I put the jacket on was that I turned it inside out, stretched it as much as possible and it a left alone for a while. On the next try, I turned the top right side out, pocketed the key fob, then pushed the key fob down as hard as I could, turned the bottom right side out, and finally lifted it over the top sides and top corners. I'm not sure if this screw will stay in because after a few turns just when I thought the screw would finally be fully in when I lifted the fob the screw fell out every time. I considered using clear nail polish or glue but found that you have to remove a screw to change the battery so that won't work. I bent the U piece so the holes were closer together and after a few more tries the screw finally went all the way in. If I had known that this would be a Herculean task, I would have given up everything. All in all it looks nice so I'll talk about that unruly screw later.
