You may order one size up based on the size chart. My hand was 11.5 inches, so I ordered the medium according to the size chart. It's very hard. It can stretch over time, but I can only wear it comfortably for a few hours. Although I think it helps. I have golfer's elbow from using crutches and my arm feels better since wearing the cuff, although I'm not sure if it's from compression, copper or rest. It's worth a try!
