Product weight 3.9 lbs in "Specification" **grossly inaccurate**. I'm so glad I bought this laptop despite this Β£3.9 inaccuracy as this laptop is very light and portable - probably less than Β£2. As another reviewer said, laptops over $1,300 are often defective - my mid-2012 Macbook Pro was giving me constant headaches 6 months after purchase - issues that even Applecare's warranty couldn't fix, and Applecare refused to fix it so basically I spent $1500 on my slightly overheated Macbook Pro and never wanted to spend $1500 again on a basic laptop (next expensive laptop would be the Razer Blade or Gigabyte AERO). This time I needed a basic laptop to trade programs that take up a lot of memory so I bought 2 of these and will probably buy 1 more as I only need to run 6 programs so I will split 2 programs onto each. My Experience: Beautifully packaged, arrived with a fully charged battery, installed in less than 5 minutes, it detected all nearby WiFi options (and many cheap laptops don't detect WiFi signals), I downloaded the software needed to log. . Everything is set up quickly and without problems. The trackpad is very easy to use. Sometimes it stutters briefly/immediately when typing, but I also type 90 wpm. I bought $50 two year Asurion insurance in case it turns out to be a lemon in 6 months. For $270 with insurance I can buy 3 and happily use them for certain niche purposes or as reliable backups. I've tried other cheap laptops and this one has the user experience of an expensive Apple laptop (I'm much happier with 3 of them than 1 2019 Macbook Air my sister just bought). The only real downside is that it could have been brighter (it's definitely less bright than the MacBook Pro and MacBook Air). I will be running the software for 8 hours a day Monday through Friday next week. So if the software doesn't freeze, crash, or overheat, I'll be a happy camper when I'm not actually running it. Actual functionality will be updated in the comments. In the meantime, thank you JUMPER! Please correct the 3.9lb weight description (which might scare buyers as much as it almost scared me) because for the price, size, *specs* (6GB RAM) and weight, this laptop is great !
