Not a true zero gravity chair

I got my chair today. I was very disappointed, so much I wanted to cry in frustration. I extended the chair out to its full capacity and learned that it is not a true zero gravity chair, for it does not lift your legs above your heart. That is the only reason why I wanted this chair. I have bought an expensive zero gravity chair but it was cheaply made and broke in one week. I spent half my pay check on this chair and I would send it back but the rest of my family love it. My 88 y/o mother has back pain and she was in love with this chair. It’s very sturdy and pleasing to look at. She wants to put it by the pool so now I have to buy another one cause one lounge chair by the pool screams loneliness. So I’ll get one for my 90 y/o dad. I am keeping the plastic wrapping it was boxed in to cover in case of rainy days. Wish it came with a nice cover. So since I just got the chair, I took off one star because I haven’t actually put it to the test. I took off another star because of the leg elevation limit. If you don’t have circulation problems this would be the best chair to get. It’s back to the researching for a true zero gravity chair that’s affordable for me though.
