I was so excited about buying the car. Plugged it in and gave it a test run, all was going well until I tried using it over Bluetooth. The device was not found. I contacted the help chat on the Cricut website, for several hours we tried different methods only to be told that there is nothing we can do. Just use the cable, we will contact you. I said I would like a replacement and was told no to wait and see if it could be fixed with no time frame. I'm really angry! I was also told "This is a known issue but it can usually be fixed but mine couldn't!" so it had to be referred to a dedicated team! (what nonsense!) and was very rude!
