I am very happy about how responsive they are when it comes to responding quickly, or not at all really! They seem like professionals who know what's going on in their industry. The only thing is getting paid for your time once you've been hired can be tricky. But after some back-and forth communication between our agency and account manager it seems we're working together towards finding solutions. This software has helped us see where there may actually be more traffic than expected coming from organic searches which means we could potentially add new products while keeping an eye out for revenue growth.
