Bought this as I like contour pillows best as a side/back sleeper and it was also advertised as a cooling pillow which would be a nice bonus. I immediately noticed that it had NO SMELL. How pleasant! The pillow itself is pretty hard to describe! But it reminds me of my numbered bed for sleeping, which I can set up to suit myself and support if necessary. This pillow is amazingly soft yet supportive! I'll post again when he loses the ability to recover. The only negative I would say is that it doesn't cool down, but it doesn't heat up either, so there aren't any major losses.
