Customer Service Experience Was Poor

Firbon's dedication to client happiness is in doubt. My most recent interaction with their customer care representatives was less than ideal. I bought one of their premium notebooks, but I got a faulty one instead. I requested assistance from their customer service department, but I only received slow service and unhelpful answers. They didn't seem as interested in my satisfaction with my buy as they did with closing the ticket. Although Firbon's goods may be of high quality, their subpar customer service makes me hesitant to suggest them to others.
