Happens to the best of us. My Xbox 360 controller was on the coffee table. I accidentally knocked over a glass of lemonade and the controller hit it. I managed to wipe the excess soda off the device, but the buttons immediately became sticky and slow to respond. I figured it was an easy fix so I went to Revain to find an Xbox 360 controller screwdriver. I placed my order and received it in just two days. Opening the controller only took a few minutes. I unscrewed the security screws carefully so as not to tear them off. The regulator loosened but massaged a little through dried soda. After opening, I washed the controller case with water, washed all electrical contacts and buttons with alcohol and water 50/50. I was also able to clean all of the dirt that collects between the two controller nozzles. I blew out the excess water with a hair dryer. I let the case and buttons sit for an hour. I assembled the controller in reverse order and everything worked great. No more sticky and slow responding buttons. For โฌ5 you can't go wrong. As the title says, I saved $50.
