It is true what other reviews say. I opened the box and saw rust on the parts, ok I'll clean it. We started assembling it and the worst thing is that the top and bottom are not marked, especially since all the instructions are pictures. The manufacturer's mistake when assembling my parts was that they were missing a pin for the bottom plate. Again, not a deal breaker like one, but it all adds up. After having to turn the pieces I had upside down, I placed the handles on the tray and the pre-drilled holes were in the wrong place. I could drill holes and attach handles. I'm very picky about how I spend my money, so I'd rather pay more to get a better build and instructions. 3 hours to assemble this cart. I definitely paid too much.
