The in-ears themselves were comfortable but that was the best part. Sound quality was good when it worked. I would often hear static, and when I listened to music, the music would lag behind and then speed up and get to the point in the song where it should have been had it not been there. When I called, no matter where I installed the microphone, the other person said I sounded far away. I had to either hold the mic right in front of my mouth, almost touching my lips, or disconnect it from Bluetooth entirely. It's annoying and makes me reconsider buying any other product from them.
