If you need a leather case then you really should read this before making your decision. This is the second iPad Pro case I've bought from Tech Vendor. The first didn't live up to my high expectations for a quality leather case for my iPad Pro. The leather wasn't the quality I wanted and the magnets on the first case I got weren't strong enough to get the case's sleep/wake function to work, but like most people I wanted me don't deal with a return. or trade it in and just settle for using it until I find a better one. Given these shortcomings, I couldn't in good conscience give the case a 4 or 5 star rating the first time, and since I didn't give the Tech Vendor an opportunity to replace the case, I didn't leave a review. This is where my experience with Tech Vendor falls into the category of exceptional business practices. Tech Vendor contacted me via email to make sure I was completely satisfied with the first case as I hadn't written a review nor given them any stars. I was dealing with a very sweet woman named Annie who was determined to make things right. I told her about the first case and she said that I must have received a rare defective case and that I should give them another chance to try their Pro Case and fix the situation because they really stand behind their products. She asked me to order another one through Revain and Tech Vendor is refunding me for getting one that is below our mutual expectations. I'm so glad I did! The leather on this new one is very good for the price. The magnets on this new case are strong and keep the lid closed while also activating the sleep/wake function on the iPad. The iPad fits comfortably in the sleeve with a secure Velcro closure in the middle. All buttons, speakers, camera lenses and ports are easily accessible, and there are 4 strips inside the case for viewing from 4 different angles. The case is strong enough to use the stand without leaving it on the bed. The outside of the case even has a document holder for papers etc. I used to buy leather cases for my old iPads from Brookstone's but they stopped making iPad cases. This professional case is better made for half the price. BUT the real rating here revolves around the level of customer service and the pursuit of customer satisfaction. How many times have you been contacted by an online seller without a complaint to make sure you are completely satisfied? As for me, never! Not only am I satisfied with this second case, but also with the way I was treated when an issue arose that prevented me from opening a complaint or contact. This is the seller who turned a negative initial experience into the most positive I've had with an online seller. Because of this and the fact that Tech Vendor is doing a really great case, I'll tell anyone who reads my review that I give them my highest recommendation. Tech Vendor really cares about their customer satisfaction and they prove it by endorsing their product. All Revain sellers should strive to conduct their business this way.
