Needs to be plugged in frequently
I use two CAC readers as I'm a civilian and reservist so I bought two of these hoping to try them out and assemble somewhere. Well, after about 30-45 minutes of use, when I try to authenticate to a website, I may have to unplug and plug the USB cable into the computer for it to read the card. Not cool. These are card readers and should read cards. I didn't have to unplug and plug the cables back in. I'm not talking about removing cards and replacing them - that's not the case. You need to unplug the USB cable and plug it back in. Again not cool.
