Even though I ordered a dual countertop system I was able to use good detail to make the single filter system work. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the manufacturer via online chat and by phone. One of the buildings was completely destroyed. It was a lot of bubble wrap, the box was not damaged in transit. I love the performance of the single filter and have ordered a spare single filter to replace the housing. (I spent an additional $17 on parts and $23 on shipping. At $40 I have a complete system.) The downside is that the new case doesn't fit as MFG didn't have a single silver unit to choose from. I gave 2 stars because the product is great when it works. I just couldn't contact MFG for parts. An update that turns a block into a system with a filter to use. He worked for three days until the second building collapsed. Both hulls broke in the same place. I suspect that the box is defective. Do not use a silver filter system as the body material is waste.
