Review on LUXOTON by Travis Karren

Recently, I attempted to make a purchase from LUXOTON, an internet store that advertises itself as a one-stop-shop for all things related to the office, including but not limited to labels, indexes, stamps, and school supplies. Sadly, working with LUXOTON was a terrible disappointment for me. To begin with, the website had a poor design and was frustrating to use. The search bar was useless and it was difficult to locate the products I required. After hours of searching, I still couldn't locate what I was looking for on the website. When I did manage to make my order, I was told that some of the items were temporarily out of stock and would be arriving in a few weeks. It was deceiving that this holdup wasn't noted on the website. Unfortunately, several of the items in my order came damaged and unable to be used. I tried to get in touch with LUXOTON's customer support to ask for a refund or exchange, but the representative I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with LUXOTON. The website was confusing to navigate, the products listed were incorrect, and the support staff was of no assistance. In my opinion, LUXOTON is not a reliable source for workplace supplies.
