The easy to use interface with many different options available which makes creating emails very simple. I like that it keeps all of my email accounts in one place, meaning you can keep up with them from just about any location or device! Sometimes this service does not deliver messages right away when they are sent so make sure if you're sending important information to your clients that you follow up shortly after. This has only happened once during our 7 years of using their services but it was resolved quickly & efficiently. Keeping track of multiple email addresses (and even phone numbers) within one program. Having everything at one click allows me to easily find whatever piece of info i need without having to search through files.
