Plastic completely degrades and crumbles after one season if left out.
I used on my grape vines, last fall. Big mistake this summer they crumbled into little pieces . They never mentioned this product as breaking down in the sun or outdoors. This sucks because plastic litter in my garden in microscopic pieces isn't what i call organic gardening. Great for tomatoes but forget reusing them or having them hold up on perennial stuff or trees etc.
