This and her Moroccan Black Soap Bath are awesome. I use it once a week as directed: a nice long hot shower (10 minutes), lathering up with about 1/2 teaspoon of soap. I turn off the water and shave or just leave it on my skin for a few minutes. Then I turn the shower back on, rinse off, and use the Kesse mitt in an up-and-down or side-to-side motion to remove dead skin. I can't believe how much dead skin comes off every time. My skin has never been smoother or healthier and the argan oil I apply after my skin is damp absorbs INSTANTLY! My skin is silky smooth. I even use them on my face, but I use much softer touches while still removing dead skin. Now my complexion is incredible. Just try it! You will love them!
