Good brush for beginners. Does not spill and forms an acceptable foam when you work with it. I use it with the brush case as a travel brush, because the synthetic brush does not suffer from the problems of a natural bristle brush when wet. Also dries faster. As with natural bristle brushes, you get what you pay for. If you want a high quality synthetic brush, you have to pay more. Omega makes a very good synthetic brush for everyday use, but it costs $52. If you value workmanship, it's worth every penny. If you want a quality shave, buy a cheap natural bristle brush and buy a better one in the future.
