Very portable and can be used on the go. I definitely see myself on one of our trips this year. What I liked about it is that it heats up quickly, in about 2 minutes. It is recommended to use distilled water in the steamer to avoid mineral deposits. I think my area has a mineral issue so having distilled water on hand for a cloth steamer was great. Filling is no problem, just unscrew the nozzle head and fill with water up to the waterline, 140 ml. Screw the nozzle head back on and then turn on the switch on the handle! The grip area stayed comfortable while the water was heating and stayed cool when steam was released. I used two cotton nurse uniforms to muffle the fabric in the photos. Steaming occurred at about the 2nd minute. According to Asani's instruction manual "safe on all types of fabrics". The top of my uniform that we used in the photos is 100% cotton and creases profusely, even on the dryer's anti-crease timer. (They also hung crumpled up in our closet for a while!) The steamer helped a lot with my tops and they felt cool just moments after use! I would be wrong if I said all wrinkles were smoothed out, but most of them! I love how easy it is to fill and use the cloth damper. I am definitely satisfied with the results of using it! In addition to using a clothes steamer, you can use a fabric steamer for furniture, curtains, and more! When you're done with that, you can unscrew the head of the cloth damper and let it cool for at least 10 minutes. Drain the water and make sure to air dry before storing. It is important to note that the steamer cannot be tilted more than 45 degrees, especially when the appliance is on. In the operating instructions, they provide you with information on how to remove any mineral deposits that may have formed on the device.
