I like how easy it is for our team to use this software. It's very intuitive and has made managing customer accounts much easier than using paper or excel spreadsheets! We are able to manage orders from any device at anytime in order to keep customers informed as their purchase status changes. This makes it quick for us to respond quickly when necessary. Our customers love being notified via email or text message when there's an update on one of their purchases. No more phone tag after hours. And, if something happens later in the day, there will be someone available immediately to help. With Azoya, all of these benefits come together seamlessly! In addition to managing orders online, we also print out copies of invoices for customers who prefer getting them by mail instead - which helps eliminate errors.
