I have mainly used it on my two daughters because they swim and chlorine dries their hair. I used this on my 6 year old daughter because she has very dry ends that split. The rest of her hair isn't that bad, so I focused on the hair from the back of her head down. She only swims 1-2 times a week during class so only her ends need grooming. This air conditioner worked great. I just took a spoon and applied it to my hair and let it sit for 5 minutes as instructed. I then washed up. It takes a little longer to rinse out than with a regular conditioner. I dried her hair with a towel. The comb/brush went through her hair with ease. Very similar to using a detangler, but this time I just used this conditioning mask. The next morning her ends were much softer and untangled. This is fantastic for dry split ends, especially between cuts. My 17 year old has much thicker, curly, dry hair. She swims every day because she's on the varsity team, and her already dry hair is getting even drier from the chlorine. It made her hair softer and easier to comb. I've also tried it on my own hair. I only used it from the back of my head to the tips. It definitely worked better than my regular conditioner and my hair felt softer/smooth after blow drying it. Not only does it work well, I love the lovely soft fresh scent. Smells very pleasant when used. After rinsing and styling, there is not much scent left, but it is still pleasant. Overall I love this conditioner mask. The price seems high but the container is pretty good and lasts a while. It doesn't have to be used every time we wash our hair. This is a deep conditioning conditioner so I use it as needed (about once +/- a week).
