I was skeptical about this primer - I usually use either Urban Decay Foundation Potion or Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance. While this product isn't as good as these two, it does the job perfectly! The price is very high! My only two complaints are that the applicator is awkward to use to evenly distribute the product and takes forever to dry. But what I do is just smear the product over the eyelids up to the browbones and then apply it with my fingertip. After a few minutes it will be dry enough to start applying shadows! I prefer Urban Decay and Too Faced, but I'll buy it again when I get tired of spending more money on the other two!
