Review on CHOSEAL by Bill Kodba

As a self-proclaimed "geek," I was eager to check out CHOSEAL's web shop. Unfortunately, my experience left a lot to be desired. The website has a wide selection of goods but is poorly designed and difficult to use. The descriptions of the goods are uninspiring and give the reader no useful information. The checkout procedure is also annoyingly complex. At one point, I even questioned whether or not it would be worthwhile to go through with the buy. The goods did not arrive for a very long time, and when they did, they were damaged due to poor packaging. There was a lengthy wait time and the agent wasn't very helpful when I called customer service. Although CHOSEAL claims to sell only high-quality items, their online shop does not reflect this. If you're buying online, I recommend looking elsewhere for a more convenient and trustworthy service.
