Sometimes when booking an appt through this site sometimes does not show up in my calendar unless i'm logged into outlook first but overall its great for scheduling meetings. There isn't anything really bad about using BookIt It as long as everything works out well then all should be good. If you're looking at different ways of having more control over meeting times without needing other staff members help just go ahead and give them a try! Meeting time management has been made easier since we've started doing so by utilizing their services.
