Review on Ultimate Playground: Go Pet Club 🐱 62-Inch Cat Tree Fit for Feline Royalty! by Brandi Shatwell

I hate to write criticism but I prefer to post an honest review so others can make an informed decision. This product had a lot of good reviews so I decided to give it a try. The first thing I noticed when I opened the box was that the fabric covering the tree is of very poor quality - it reminds me of the stuff stuffed animals are made of. It is very soft and looks very thin. The second thing I noticed is that the small "closet" on the 2nd platform is VERY small. I sincerely believe that only a kitten or a very, very small car could use it. During assembly I noticed that the screws/bolts were never really tightened - they just seemed to keep turning and never tightened. For this reason, this is the case when my cat is on one of the upper platforms. Very shaky and unstable. Despite my initial hesitation, we decided to keep it for a week or two as it was already assembled. We quickly found that the material covering it was starting to pill, leaving little brown lint all over the place! I was a bit disappointed with this item and will continue my search for a scratching post.
