I've ordered quite a few of these Megablast speakers. Some of them looked good and worked as expected. Some didn't look good and didn't work at all. Some have obviously been refurbished and some looked like they were just boxed and not even checked to make sure they were powered on and properly paired. I find them very good for the good guys. They mostly looked new. The sound is good and quite loud for a portable device. Once you set it up with the Megablast app, you're done. You need to make some tweaks to how the in-app equalizer works to make it easier to save speaker settings, but you'll get the hang of it by tweaking it a few times. Bluetooth range could be better, but it doesn't really matter when using Wi-Fi. The Alexa feature works fairly well which is just an added bonus and the listening mic is easy to mute if you prefer. Logitech has software that can be downloaded for your Mac or PC that allows you to reset everything and update the firmware. This is easily done via a USB connection. Therefore, once you get it from the support team, all the issues should be resolved without too much trouble.
