Review on Wiiyii Display Speedometer Computer Diagnostic by Karen Vega

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Large compact head-up display

I really like this head up display, it's easy to read while driving and bright enough to see in daylight. The reason for the four stars is that you can't disable the yellow text change and the red text change for the different speeds you are at. My speed text turns yellow when I'm going over 62 mph, where 65 is our speed limit for most major Bay Area freeways, and the speed text turns red when I'm going 74 mph. The problem is when it turns red it turns a dark red so it's hard to see during the day. Currently I've only changed the text color to yellow, which helps solve the problem of the constant switching from white to yellow when I'm driving 60-65 on the highway. I have contacted the seller to see if this is ever updated or changed in the future. and I haven't heard back. Changing the speed warning threshold does not change the color change thresholds. I'm currently using a speed offset plus 3 mph and a percentage speed offset of 104%. I drive a 2016 Subaru Forester.

Pros
  • Easy to use: plug and play, automatic on/off, start and stop when starting and turning off the car, keep manual shift mode, easier operation.
Cons
  • Not the best
