Seriously? Who designed the battery compartment? Basically, you need three hands to insert the watch battery into the device. Would it really ruin the design if there was another inch of access? Somehow they expect you to hold the device, squeeze the tiny spring with a toothpick, and then insert the watch's battery while holding the flashlight in your mouth. Who cares how well this mic performs when you have to do microsurgery every time you change the battery. Not designed to be used comfortably by human hands. Ridiculous mistake. I spent 25 frustrating minutes trying not to damage the spring and installing the battery securely in place. As a result, I had to resort to the help of a thin knife blade.
