I am writing the first day I received it. The pouch/bag size is perfect. Big enough for my 7 lb dog and I could put extra stuff in (like fleece or a blanket). There are two zippered pockets for bags, car keys, phone. The shoulder strap is adjustable, it is wide and thick/soft. At the bottom of the bag there is a zip pocket for the bottom of the bag. The base or structural support for the bottom of the bag is contained in a matching fabric case. There's a safety leash and mesh top with a pouch closure (think it's for keeping the dog in the pouch?). My dog feels balanced when he's in it. The shoulder strap is comfortable. It's not too big a bag for me to carry around. I hope to continue to be happy - this bag certainly has a lot of potential.
