When I took the bag out of the packaging, I found it larger than I thought. However, compared to my old backpack bag, it is almost the same size. It has plenty of pockets for everything and fits comfortably on my back. I didn't even have to set it up. I'm not a wallet person. Unfortunately you have to take it with you. That's why I use bags that I can carry on my back so I can keep my hands free. It also has enough space for my iPad.
