Before I bought this case for my Apple Pencil I looked at reviews of several similar products. I just ordered black. The suitcase arrived on time. Manufacturers must have noticed the stinky reviews as I didn't find any bad odor coming from the case. There was a freshness pouch hidden inside the case which I threw away before using the case. The case feels comfortable, almost like leather. Notice I almost said. Anyone expecting man-made material to look like leather will be disappointed. The surface is easy to clean. Inside is spacious enough. With the additional protective cap on the tip, it easily fits in my Apple Pencil. There is a recess on one side suitable for a small stone. You can store a larger stone, but not in the specified location. With a large brick, charging cable, and headphones, I found that the case took a little coaxing to zip up. I use it to store my Apple Pencil and charging cable and my performance easily outperforms wireless headphones and has room for a few more things like an extra pencil or two and a small brick if I want. There are no problems with the zipper, but the case is new and has not been tested. Overall, I find the case durable and a great way to take my Apple Pencil with me wherever I go.
