A plastic frame was included for the phone but it didn't seem to fit. I installed the screen well enough, but it's not very durable. I was careful with my phone but now there are small chips on the edges in 3 places, 1st and a week later 2 more. The camera protector sticks out more and hasn't been cut yet. There also seems to be a crack in the screen that's only visible when the phone is at a certain angle. Not very impressed. I had the last screen protector for at least a year. Also, there were no instructions in the box but I looked on YouTube but mainly how to remove the previous protector I have, from a different brand but not quite the right size.
