Not as ridiculously expensive as other whitening systems but takes a lot longer than advertised. Unless you have hypersensitive teeth and gums, forget that "5 minutes twice a day" nonsense. They will never whiten your teeth and soon you will have to buy gel again. I'm sure the manufacturers designed it that way. I don't smoke and don't drink a lot of coffee and/or dark drinks, but I do have blemishes that come with age and are harder to get rid of. I started on the recommended schedule, but after a few weeks I started whitening for 15 minutes twice a day. That worked much better. Not as white as I would like, but very close.
