Ideal for placing an iPad on the kitchen cabinet to view recipes while cooking. Ease of installation. It comes with two mounts and a 3M Command Strip version. The installation takes about 5 minutes. They wait a lot for the glue to set and recommend hanging two 5lb plastic bags over the staples overnight before using. I understand they are self protecting but I found the braces fully bonded in about 30 minutes. I put on wood so it may take a little longer for another surface. A mounting tip: Make sure you measure with the device in its case if you intend to leave it in its case while using the mount. Also, don't look for a too tight fit. After using it for a few months I replaced my iPad with a newer version that was smaller so I had to remove and replace the brackets. With command strips it was easy. Just be sure to keep the extras that come with it.
