I have never worn a back brace and needed a friend to help me and wanted to try it. I spent almost 7 hours with 7 other "volunteers" to lift and install nine 350-400 pound roof trusses for his new home. The back brace was amazing and I actually forgot I had it on. My back didn't hurt at all after all the work. Velcro straps for the shackle and a central support make adjustment easy. I would recommend if you are looking for a back brace. I will try this for any back pain I may have in the future. Easy to warm up or cool down as needed.
