One worked, one didn't - frustrated my plans.
For my father's 88th birthday I bought two balloons, two with the number "8". Unfortunately, one of the two had an unnoticeable leak that cost me $13 (each) to fill at my local grocery store. Therefore, I would give the "8", which holds the air, five stars. A star is based on an "8" with a leak and an additional $13 cost incurred to fill a faulty balloon. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and would not recommend it.
