Edited to add They sent me replacement clasps. I love how comfortable they are. I just wish the rubber was stronger. I'm going to adjust mine and replace the elastic and make some pretty fabric ties over the new elastic I put on. send me if you have! So we keep our fingers crossed! The company seems to care about its product and its customers. So this is amazing to me! I really liked these the first few times I wore them. Then, after maybe 5 washes, the elastic on the straps comes loose and the metal clasps that attach the straps break. Not sure what's going on, but for $120 I expected them to last a while. They don't fall apart after a month. And not that they are worn every day and washed every day. They wash every 2 times I wear them. I bought 2 pairs. So there is nothing to say. I am not happy with the quality. I love them because they are super comfortable. But I'm angry because they're expensive and the metal cut me and once the metal breaks I can't wear them and they're very close to breaking.
