Review on UAC-CO0011C COMPRESSOR - High Performance New Compressor for Optimal Cooling by Tai Waldbillig
Failed in less than a year.
Purchased to repair the air conditioning on my 2008 Nissan Armada. Compressor noise was noticeable upon installation with the engine idling and the air exiting the breather was only moderately cooler. Contacted UAC about the noise it was making but got no response. A few months pass and the noise gets louder and the air conditioner heats up until cold air comes out of the vents. The pressure is low on the HIGH side but normal on the LOW side, leading me to believe this compressor has failed.
