Bought for a baby shower. It turned out beautiful. Many other reviews have said that one pack isn't enough to give you a wide berth, but I disagree. It was only 1 pack. I bought a balloon pump and it's MUCH EASIER! Just bite the bullet and buy one, I promise you won't regret it. The quality of the balls is okay. There were only a few pops, partly due to small balloons overflowing. It might also be easier to have one of these balloon tying devices. Most of these balloons were double-filled and difficult to tie. I recommend!
