i bought a 14" long/22" harness coat for my 19 lb dachshund. The coat is well made, good Quality for the price (I bought it for $7.50), inside is a fleece material, quite soft Easy to put on, my dog doesn't seem to mind I measured my dog's girth which is about 21 inches. This coat fits well but I can.Didn't really try to zip it up as it's a long haired dachshund and I'm worried about the hair getting caught in the zipper.The material seems a little stretchy so maybe I can do but I won't try.I'll try and see if it's waterproof when it snows and will update the comment.
