When the reviews said it was soft, I wasn’t expecting it to be this soft! This is a top quality sweater and for such a reasonable price! It is so very soft, and so comfortable. Like wearing a favorite hoodie! I was looking for an oversized sweater and got exactly that. It is a boxy shape, which I prefer over a clingy tunic. I’m not really a big fan of turtlenecks at all, but took a chance on this one and I’m glad I did. It is a turtleneck, not a cowl neck, but it is not tight against your neck. It fits loosely so you don’t feel confined and you barely even notice the fabric there. And again, the fabric is so incredibly soft and comfortable. The sweater will be perfect over leggings, and definitely perfect over long skirt with flat boots (if you like a bohemian look). It’s hard to find boxy and long sweaters- they are usually one or the other. I am 5’3 and the xl hits a bit below the lower hip. If you like your butt to be covered and/or your saddlebags hidden, this is the sweater you’ve been looking for.
