Don't flip them over I've tried and failed and when I did I put a hole in it. But I will say the durability isn't bad, protects the pen EXCELLENT as I've been drawing and noting and taking a picture for weeks but no wear and looks almost new. I have a second pen and have been using it for at least a month and a half with no problems.
