It will not fit properly. The kink in the pipe in front of the catalytic converter ensures that the cat hits the heat shield under the passenger seat. If you look at the angle between the cat and the front pipe in another competitor's picture, you'll notice that it's a bit sharp to allow the whole part to fit under the heat shield. However, this pipe must either go down an additional 2 inches or a slight adjustment to the angle of the front pipe must be made to allow it to clear the heat shield. I installed this three times and each time the exhaust flowed out of the manifold to link pipe connection. Also, the spring bolts that hold the flange to the exhaust manifold have a much larger head (16mm) than the stock bolts. I'm returning for a full refund.
